PAASCU Congratulates Its Newly Elected President

PAASCU extends its warmest congratulations to Br. Bernard “Bernie” S. Oca, FSC, on his election as President of the PAASCU Board of Trustees during its meeting held on May 30, 2025.

Br. Bernie has been an accreditor since 1997 and currently serves as President of De La Salle University (Taft Avenue, Manila), De La Salle University Araneta (Malabon City), and De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (Muntinlupa City). He also worked as an administrator and served on various school boards both in the Philippines and abroad.

PAASCU also expresses its profound gratitude to Br. Edmundo “Dodo” L. Fernandez, FSC, for his visionary leadership and invaluable contributions during his term as President of the Board of Trustees from 2021 to 2025. Under his stewardship, the association reached several milestones and strengthened its mission of promoting quality assurance in Philippine education.
