Women in QA Forum

Last October 11-12, 2022, Ms. Alma Credo and Ms. Rose Asoy represented PAASCU in the
“Women in Quality Assurance Forum” held in Bangkok, Thailand. European Union Support to
Higher Education in the ASEAN Region (EU SHARE) organized the forum to advance women's
representation in the QA sector and encourage female QA agency employees to assume
leadership positions. The eight esteemed speakers from a range of quality assurance
organizations were able to discuss their experiences as female leaders in the EU and ASEAN
quality assurance industries. The participants also underwent brief training and were divided
into parallel groups to practice their leadership abilities and learn strategies to strengthen
gender equity.
