Orientation on the Use of Survey Instruments

Last July 12, 2021, a total of 35 people from nine PAASCU member schools attended the orientation on the use of the 2021 survey instruments. Dr. Cecile B. Gutierrez, Chair of the Commission on Graduate Education, gave the orientation to assist schools in preparing their self-survey reports (SSR) using the new principle-based standards instrument.  The SSR results from the school’s self-assessment, which is an essential component of the accreditation process. The nine institutions that attended the orientation will pioneer the use of the new instruments.  Many of them are preparing for their preliminary visits. The use of the new instruments will be made mandatory in school year 2023-2024.
